“Nice lunch on sidewalk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2014 via mobile

We sat outside on sidewalk and was very nice. Had never tried Lebanese food and so it was fun to experience and try new things. The food and service were good. We wanted to experience something we could not get in our hometown and this fit that perfectly. Not my favorite style of food but would have no problems recommending.

“average lebanese”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

My husband and I were staying at the intercontinental , miami and found this place while searching for lebanese dinner. Their location is superb as they are located on sunset drive but the food and service is pretty average. server was too busy to bring our cheque over hence we had to go and pay at the counter. If you are open on 1 Jan'14 then you need to have enough staff to manage tourists! I won't bother going back.

“Overpriced and poor service - a losing combination!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2013

Had a business lunch at Marhaba today and was mortified by the service. The service team of two was completely disinterested in accommodating us even though we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant during the peak lunchtime hours. It's not as if they were super busy. They didn't ask even once if all was okay and never even cracked a smile. In fact, I had to get up and carry my plate inside after it appeared they gave me the wrong dish. It was supposed to be "layers" of eggplant but was instead some soggy slices of eggplant drowning in onion and watering tomato sauce.

Their attitude gave the impression that we were bothering them, that they'd rather hang out in the back and not work. The food was okay although very overpriced for what we ordered. Only starters: 1 lentil soup ($5), Babaghanouj ($6), Fatoush side salad ($6.25) and 1 Kibbeh with 2 pieces for ($7). Iced tea $2.50 each and they never offered a refill.

A complete waste of money. We left hungry and went to eat again elsewhere at a great French Bistro down the street - in fact right next to where Marhaba is relocating to. With so many other options in the immediate area, they better get in shape. Shame that no one in charge was around to address the situation.

“Average middle eastern fare in Miami”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2013

Stopped by for late lunch in Miami. Good location. Can sit outside or inside. Food tasted good overall but portions were small and service was not up to par. In general over priced.
