We love staying at Conclare. In fact, this past November marked our 4th trip to Siesta Key, and we have never thought about staying anywhere else. Property managers Scott and Janie are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and just a few steps from the white, warm sands and beautiful ocean. Looking forward to future stays!!

We own a property management company in the Orlando metro area and had not had a vacation for over a year so we desparately needed this break. Without any research I booked the Conclare! Had no idea what to expect but we could not have been happier. We stayed in room 12, it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again which we hope will be soon and for longer than a 2 night 3 day break!! The Conclare is just a short walk to the wonderful beach, shops and restaurants. Check out Miguel's we had a fabulous meal there, ruined for everyone by a woman old enough to know better who was very drunk and very very loud!! If I had been the manager I would have thrown her out!!

Jane was perfect and gave us a discount for extending our stay , from 4 days to 5. Walking distance to grocery, CB Outfitters, the 7/11 and Sniki Tiki. The room was so clean, we felt like the first people to ever stay there . The Sniki Tiki is a great place, great service and you can walk home. Caleb with the beach service was awesome. Lelu's coffee was a total bust, I've never been insulted for ordering coffee, keep away. The only problem at Conclare was....we had to come home.

We spend 2 nights and 3 days here. Totally loved it. The room was super clean and had been renovated from top to bottom. Well, except for the A/C unit which was a bit old and noisy, but not so we could not sleep. Loved the flat panel TV and new appliances and furniture. The owners were super too. Very helpful and really nice. Scott checked us into #6 a small efficiency that was perfect sine our goal was the beach and sun, not to stay indoors.
The location is in a private section of several motels and a very, very, very short walk to the beach. The beach itself is totally worth the trip. Wonderful, soft white sand and great water.
In the area are plenty of places to eat, anything from a quick bite to a more upscale restaurant, just be ready for sticker shock at any place you eat. Another reason why an efficiency is a great deal. Thanks to its kitchen we only ate supper out.
This motel is a real taste of old Florida, totally brought up to date. We both loved it.
Really one of our top places to stay now.
