Everything was wonderful. Making Reservation and Checking In were easy and pleasant. Room was clean, roomy, comfortable beds. One minute walk to beach, we easily got beach chairs each day, which was really nice. Sand was gorgeous, beach was much quieter than the public beach. Room was minutes away from shopping and fabulous restaurants. we sat outside at night and grill our dinner while listening to local restaurant music, but inside our room was quiet... that was nice.
We would definately choose to stay at this hotel again for our next Siesta Keys get away!

I stayed for two nights in room 115-a standard room, a lot of light as it is a corner room so there are three windows, microwave, small refrigerator, nice upgrades, perfect location to walk to the town square and beach. Coffee available along with muffins and oatmeal. Very clean resort and staff is very helpful.

We had reserved a standard room and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom. What a very nice gesture. We will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the beach and a little cove perfect for watching the sunset. Also walking distance from the restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Great staff, very friendly (Kyle???). Thank you for a great stay!

My friend and I came here for our first visit to Siesta Key and we'll be back.

The ;room (a full kitchen/dinning and living room combo) king size bedroom and shower bath had two entrances, one that opened out onto a patio with chairs tables and even a couple of BBQ grills. But this property has several different combinations including everything from a single traditional hotel room to multiple rooms offerings. We were about a block from the beach, but some of the properties are just a few feet away. There are 3 pools so you should be close one. Also there are maps of the properties and the staff will assist you in finding your room (they took our luggage to ours in one of their golf carts).

As for the room, it was spotless, everything worked well and the furniture and linen were in top condition and spotless as well. There were two flat screens (one in living room and one in bedroom each of which offered multiple channels.

When I reserved the room they asked what I wanted in my room--I asked for a coffee maker, cable, WiFi, all of which were available in the room and all of which worked well. You can ask for other combination and I have no doubt that you will receive what ever you request and be happy with it.

It's a small town and the wonderful property is scattered through residentiall areas between the town's main street and the beach. You never have far to walk far for food, drink or shopping, or the beach and a beach sunset.

There is OJ, coffee and rolls for breakfast which is included in the price of the room and is located in the main lobby.

The staff (from the man who checked us in to the grounds staff) were friendly and helpful and even gave us recommendations on eating and other shopping in Sarasota.

If you can't win with the Tropical Breeze it certainly isn't their fault, they try very hard to please and make your vacation a win-win situation.
