Came here for a long girls' weekend, and are definitely glad we stayed here! Location is great - a 5 minute walk to the beach, and you can easily get up to Siesta Village via the 'free' taxi service (tips only), although honestly, we didn't find much to interest us in Siesta Village. It's also a short walk to a couple of restaurants and a market which more than sufficed for the weekend. Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes etc for four. However, our room wasn't cleaned the first day, even after requesting service, although it was cleaned our second day. Rooms are definitely a more than a little dated and tired, though, and our bathroom was miniscule. There was barely enough room in the shower to turn around, and perhaps only a foot separating the sink from the shower. Wifi is very spotty - I could barely hold a connection for more than a couple of minutes at a time. That all being said, we thought it was a good deal (especially since the room came with two beds - other places in the area charged a lot more for that) and would definitely consider staying here again.
