This was a very well staffed and maintained residence hotel. We were instantly upgraded to a suite that was a total of 2400 sqft and the best of amenities. The very latest in plumbing, appliances and electronics it was a pleasure to stay at. Right on a sugar-sand beach that was a gem to walk every day. Just a great hotel and would highly recommend.

This resort is beautiful and they treat you well, but at $700/night it should come with a personal chef and masseuse! The rooms are beautiful....granite, beautiful tile work, spectacular bathrooms and top end appliances. The stocked Keurig and nespresso machines are a nice touch.

Breakfast in the morning is nice, but not spectacular. Hard boiled eggs, some lunch meats, scones and assorted breads, cereals, yogurts and oatmeal.

Nice pool, hot tub, fire pit and cabanas. A few grills too if you want to use them.

Valet parking which was very responsive every time you wanted your car.

We had one maintenance item which was fixed promptly

Bedding was plush

Next time we will rent a very nice condo for a weeks for less money than our 3 night stay here.

I absolutely love everything about this resort, nicer than my home! so beautiful and service is first class. By far the best beach resort in florida. An amazing spot for families or just couples. I wish I could stay forever!!

The condos are beautiful, but there were too many issues for me to ever stay there again. First, it was not clearly stated that the entire resort is smoke-free. We were informed at day 2 that we would be charged a $225 per day smoke remediation penalty if we continued. We restricted smoking to the balcony but they charged me the daily penalty anyway for all 4 days of our stay. The next issue was that their valet parking was mandatory, which meant that we felt obligated to tip the valets everytime we left or returned to the property. I would have preferred the option to self-park. Then, there was the issue of the constant construction noise (banging, sawing, etc.) inside several units close to the one we stayed in. It started early in the morning and continued all day. Forget about an afternoon nap. The pool bar was understaffed and we waited almost an hour for drinks while the bartenders were absent, grilling food for lunch for the pool guests. I was given this vacation by a friend and would never pay the exhorbitant daily room charge to stay there if I had to pay. There are other properties within walking distance that go for 1/5 the nightly rate. I may go back to Siesta Key some day, but I will not stay at the Hyatt Residences.
