We booked late looking for a place to stay close to the beach to meet some old friends and couldn't have been happier. Checked in early :)) thanks and beach was across the street. Our friends were just up the road so the location was perfect. Great old fla style room, clean and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back again.

You almost never see anyone and office hours are limited, but nothing went wrong. Secret competence. Fridge, microwave, stove, silverware, china, casual furniture, outdoor chairs, tables, hammock and clothesline. Short walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Cash damage deposit for pet required coordination with manager Carrie because of limited office hours but she worked around us and it was cheerfully refunded. Some outdoor stuff was rusting and cracked but this didn't get in our way. We had an extremely comfortable and private stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our group has rented out the entirety of Beau Lido suites for at least one week every year for the past nineteen years. The rooms are clean, the price is right, the location is great and the staff is friendly. The rooms have very basic furnishings and the beds and linens are adequate. Doors, some windows and patio furniture have been replaced, and several rooms had kitchen updates just a few years ago. There are different types of rooms to accommodate for various needs. Many rooms are definitely showing their age and they may want to think about more cosmetic touch-ups in the near future. For example there are some broken tiles in the bathroom of room 7. The kitchenettes are stocked with some pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals. We did have an unfortunate occurrence with the air conditioning ceasing to function in three of our rooms (1,2 and 3) after hours, which created a bit of a headache. Carrie was prompt in addressing the problem and the issue was resolved as soon as possible the next morning. She is fantastic and has always taken care of us over the years. Other than this hiccup, the A/C units make the rooms very comfortable in the Florida heat. The set-up of the property gives a feeling of community to the suites. Since there is quite a bit of open space we’ve always wondered if the owners have considered putting in a pool. Overall, if you are looking for a basic, clean, affordable room, within close proximity to beach and shopping, this is a good place to be.

The rooms were very clean. The original room we booked, the AC was not working properly, but Carrie, Project Manager, did not hestitate to move us to a larger room with better AC,. The twin/king bed was very uncomfortable, if you would invest in a descent pillow top or mattress pad it would be FANTASTIC.

What definately made it all worth it was Carrie. She was fantastic, kept the grounds very nice and neat and was extremely helpful with all our needs.

Would consider coming back if the beds were more comfortable.
