ust leaving the Ringling Muesuem and my kids were starving, we pull in to this checkers and there is one car ahead of us in the line. We waited behind them probably 10 minutes. They finally got their order taken and pulled up. I then pulled up and was greeted with a ''I'll be with you in a minute'' (in a somewhat less the cordial tone) I say ok, and peruse the menu. I finally decide on 2 checker burgers, 2 hot dogs with cheese and 2 mushroom and swiss burgers, a large fry and a large coke. 10 minutes later the attendent returns and ask, Ok, what do you want? No appology for the delay, and I found the tone a bit clipped and abrupt. But I was not going to let it bother me. I place my order and then proceeded to sit at the window another 10 minutes after I pay for it and wait for my order to arrive. Finally they bring it to me. I want to point out that the attendent at no time aknowledged or appologized for the delay and at no point was there any politeness or professionlism shown at any point. She was abrubt, rude and aloof at best. She hands us the food, not saying a word and we count our items real quick and realize we are missing a burger. I mention this and she wants the bag back to confirm it. I hand it over to her, but kept the fries out, and asked her, excuse me, but is this a large fry? She tells me to pick it up and look at the bottom and I can see for myself. At this point I told her I wanted to see her manager because that's very rude. All she had to say, was, yes, it is. I told her our conversation was over and I wished to speak to her manager, I proceeded to complain about our time waiting, our order being wrong and the rudeness of the staff. She proceeds to tell me that ''Well, it is a holiday sir'' Keep in mind, its 3:00 in the afternoon and we are virtually the only customers there. I asked her about our order and she said, well you were only charged for the 5 sandwiches and if I'd like the other one she'd be happy to ring it up and get it out to us. I was so upset I couldnt think straight, I've waited 20 mins at a dead restaurant my order is wrong because of an employees incompetence and rather than the manager Pam, making it better she makes it worse, by making poor excuses. I think the part that bothered me the most was, clearly this Nika girl had a bad attitude and was within earshot of this manager and she choose to ignore it rather than correct it. As manager of a pizza hut, I understand the difficulty involved, but this is just incompetence to the nth degree. Incompetent Manger Was Pam. Rude Employee was Nika
