Someone recommended this restaurant to us and it was a good tip. You are spoilt for choice along Route 41 and might miss this little gem but it is definitely worth a visit if you like fish.
We sat inside where we could see the counter with all the different types of fresh fish displayed on ice. We were brought a very tasty little bowl of fish pate which we ate with crackers as an initial appetiser. We then shared a plate of calamari as our starter (we can never eat even two full courses of food in America!). For main course we had crab cakes - which were delicious - and the fish platter which was also very good and absolutely huge.
This place is very informal - with beer in plastic cups - but the value for money, especially for fish, would probably be hard to beat. I think that next time we might wait for a table outside where, even though it is alongside Route 41, there seemed to be more atmosphere with music and a greater 'tikki bar' kind of feel. This isn't a restaurant for special occasions though really.
