“A very fun place. All open with a great view of St Armands Circle”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

Right on St Armand's Circle as you first enter the Circle on the right. Wraps around the corner. Good place to go from lunch all the way through dinner or later. It doesn't close between lunch and dinner, so it's a good place to go if you're hungry at an odd hour in the afternoon. A very fun, happening place. Noisy. All open to the outside, so you have nice a line of sight right out to the Circle from most anywhere in the restaurant. Al fresco dining or eat a little more inside. It's a large place with lots of seating. A good place for yuppies, families, a date, tourists and locals alike...pretty much anything. A good all-round restaurant. A full bar, I believe. Good food. Good prices. Nice menu. A little bit of everything. You won't be disappointed.

“It's all about the location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2012

St. Armand's Circle is the hub between Long Boat Key where we were staying and Sarasota where we were enjoying the sites. We were late out of Selby Gardens so we didn't get to the circle for lunch until 3PM. This can be a difficult time to find a restaurant that is still serving. However given the constant foot traffic through the circle this reataurant is constantly serving. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was what you would expect with a range of burgers and sandwiches with an island flair. You pay a bit more for the location but it is fun to sit back and enjoy the bustle of the foot traffic.

“Good bar food with a fun energy.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012 via mobile

Dined there with a large group. The grouper dinner was average and clearly sat under a heat lamp for too long as evidenced by the look of the black beans, but at $15 it was a good value for grouper. Quesadilla was very tasty. Took our server over 30 minutes to get us our check. We were over 40 people, but still seemed excessive.

Tip: Yuengling was flat but the IPA out of Tampa was excellent on tap!

Great fun atmosphere. Paid a little more for our drinks, but the food was very good. Live steel drum player was a fun touch. Christmas calypso tunes !! Fun !!
