“Vibe is a hit, food is a miss”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

The place has a great atmosphere and if your looking for a fun night out with decent food, good drinks and a hip atmosphere than this is your place but if your expecting great food look elsewhere. It's really hit or miss and for the prices it shouldn't be that way. We went with a big group and sampled an array of dishes. The mussels were fantastic, the oyster sliders were tasteless, the ribs were not as good as I expected them to be, pork belly was good, tacos were almost inedible and way too big to be shared as a small plate, crab cake was good, jambalaya pasta was just so-so. Like I said, the place has a great vibe and if your looking for someplace fun than this is it - better than average in St Armands but just don't get your hopes up about the food being anything to write home about.

“Hopping hot place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Good food by Sarasota standards, it takes for ever to arrive, though, maybe because it is a big restaurant, many tables. It is a hopping place, lot's of fun. The bartender needs to be given an award for excellence, he is great! The owner needs to take his arrogance down a notch...

“Very Good Burger”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

We had Rebecca as our server for dinner; she was excellent. We found the dinner menu to be somewhat limited. I had the burger which was very good; my wife had the fried chicken which was also very good. Not inexpensive by any stretch; with no happy hour. Atmosphere is interesting with unusual outside dining options. Glad to see another restaurant on the Circle; hope it is successful.

“I love this place”

Totally awesome atmosphere. Sit on the balcony couches, watch the world go by and get cooled off by the steam fans. Great food, excellent service and a great bar.
