“Meals to go as well as upscale groceries”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

We often pick up a quiche and some entree with two sides dinners-to-go for a very reasonable price, with special offers on summer Sundays. They have a fine variety of cheeses and salads and sandwiches, too.

“Wow! You will love this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013 via mobile

We were out celebrating a Birthday at Libby's across the street and went in here to browse. Stopped at Morton's Bakery and Deli and ended buying cupcakes here for dessert. Superb!

“Best gourmet food in area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013 via mobile

I love this place. Best food selection. Especially for the rare sarasota working man like myself. I can grab premade meals and stuff that is easy to reheat. Stay clear of pesky birds and retires. Oh that's 99 percent of the town

“Great place, a little expensive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

Morton's Market, not necessarily a restaurant, is a great place for soup, pizza, wraps, salad bar, bakery, and more. The chicken Caesar wrap is great for lunch. The bakery is extensive: top notch baguettes and the cornbread is to die for. The service is nice, too, and there is one very interesting woman named Sparkles who works in the prepared foods area. The only bad thing is that, for example, a box of Cheerios in the grocery store is, what? About $2.00? They are $6.29 at Morton's. A General Mills cereal, over six dollars. If you go here, try the TAZA chocolate. Pricey but worth it.

“Great shop and deli”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

You can get almost anything you want here and the sushi, combo meals are great for a quick lunch sitting on the sidewalk in the shade. The bakery is good for a quick coffee and cake too.
