12-18-2103...We were ib the area unexpectedly, drove by on way to hotel. We returned, was told it was a 25 minute wait. We chose to sit at bar and have a drink. We got "hooked" by the bartender, Sean, and stayed there for dinner. He was well versed in the entire menu. He came from MS. and explained the difference between"cajun" and "creaole". My wife chose to order a Bloody Mary. Sean explained exactly how these were uniquely prepared: "Take 3 Olive Vodka and soak several veggies for at least 3 days and".... other details I could not recall. It was the very best BM that my wife has ever had. We ordered a few apps: Ahi, Bisque & Salad. These were all explained by Sean. All were delivered in very timely manner as was the Seafood Stuffed Stuffed Portebelo........delicious. There was a wide selection of Wine by the Glass.
We never expected such a fine dining experience without being recommended by someone.
