Even though we only got to stay for two nights, it is perfect. We stayed in the relaxed suite on the third floor. Very clean, very neat. We actually like the location, the secluded beach right down the road. We enjoyed the Santa Rosa area as being a break from congested Destin. Only minor issue is they were doing work in the halls(fans cooling the hallways) But our room was perfect, AC was on point. We'll be coming back for sure.

We rented a 2 bedroom condo at 30-A Suites. I am extremely picky with cleanliness and 30-A Suites met my high expectations. It was tastefully decorated and felt like home. It was a very peaceful environment with many amenities for travelers. The pricing was very affordable as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite (304) is well designed and comfortable for two. I am glad we choose 30-a Suites. They provided the right atmosphere for a homey stay.

My husband and I have been spending our anniversary in Santa Rosa Beach for 8 years and usually stay at a relative's condo near EdWallin park at 393 and 30A. This year our days overlapped and needed a place for two nights before we could get into the cond. We found 30A suites to be most perfect! The place is beautiful, relaxing, and exceeded our expectations and the allowed us to stay the amount of nights we wanted. Most places on the beach, besides hotels, require a three night stay minimum. The price is great too for a beautiful place with a full kitchen. We have driven past this place hundreds of times and hardly noticed it. Now when we drive by it will bring back nothing but fond memories of our stay and probably stir desires of another stay...I hope to find an excuse to stay again someday. We highly recommend 30A!!!
