We ate at this restaurant five years ago and enjoyed the laid-back, casual atmosphere. The food was simple and reasonably priced. When we returned on March 8, 2008, we were very surprised to see the over-the-top prices (what you'd see in a major city). If the food had been excellent, we wouldn't have minded the prices. The entrees were "over-engineered" and tasteless. My husband's veal chop, at $48, was poorly prepared as well as undercooked. The mark up on the wines were extreme as well. At least the waitstaff was pleasant!
