We ate at the bar at Happy Hour (4-6). It is a vey pretty place. It is located at the Sanibel Inn directly off the causeway and right next to Tortuga Beach Club. Well drinks, wine and beers were two for one. The place was very quiet on a Friday night with a host and one waitress. They were both very friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar. The crab bisque was thick, tasty and a little spicy. The Ceasar salad was fresh and nicely presented but lacked zing-it needed a little more flavor. The burger with avocado, cheese, L and T was excellent, cooked just as ordered. A threesome started playing classics from the 40's through the 60's at just the right volume. There is apparently live music every Friday night. It was a nice touch. We shall return to try more of the menu. The website did not seem finished when we tried to research it before our visit.
There is also the bar out by the pool that is nice with views of the beach and Fort Meyers. It's friendly place and very casual. You can get the usual beers, frozen drinks etc. and snacks and food. It has been very relaxing to have a drink there. Obviously outdoor seating and scenic views here!
