Stayed here with a large group, mostly youth, for 3 nights. Staff was wonderful. only had one staff member problem. One of our members was in the eating area around 10 pm and need a napkin. None were on the counter and he asked a staff member where he could get one. She came out and gave him one, but seemed upset that she had to do so.

On night of check in(10pm), a staff member came with us to the 2nd floor and made sure we could all enter our 15+ rooms. One cardkey didn't work and was able to re-programe it on the spot. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The a/c could have been cooler, but hey June in Central Florida. Nuff Said.

Breakfast was good all 3 days. The staff member working the breakfast area was doing an outstanding job. Our folks eat like there is no tomorrow and she was able to keep the area stocked well.

Overall a great stay.

The hotel staff was aweful. They where rude and wouldn't help me with anything.

The rooms are very poor in maintance, it seems like they have not put any time or money into them.

There was dust everywhere and i found hair in the bed and stains in the sheets.

I wouldn't want to stay here again with my family.

I was taking the Amtrak Auto Train and when I arrived to the station they had canceled my train that day. I was really tired and I just wanted to relax and the young girl at the Amtrak Station refer me to the Comfort Inn. I normally stay in Comfort Inn and I know what to expect so I thought it would be ok. The hotel was less than 10 min of the station (I was really happy about that because i was so tired of driving). When I arrived at the hotel I was very impressed. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The young man at the desk helped me decide where to go for dinner, I couldn't believe how many restaurant choices they had in the area. When I came back from my dinner I was very pleased to learn that they had free snacks (cookies, ice tea, lemonade, coffee & hot chocolate) in the lobby for their guest, that was a great treat .
This Comfort Inn is above any expectations that you can have about Comfort Inn hotels. I heard they were doing some upgrades in the hotel in august (I don't know why, that hotel looked like new, but I guess upgrades are always good). I told the staff at the hotel that i will be back next time that I need to take the Amtrak Train.

Stayed one night, Feb. 2004 Hotel is near highway, but room was quiet.
Room was very clean and fresh. Great place for the price, less than $70.00.
