Well, it's all in the first line!

Next to the hotel is a iHop with a couple of nice waitresses, that served us both for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. We bought a couple of games at the iHop (solitaire) for the (grand)children.

All around horrible stay. Bugs and cockroaches in the room and dirty underwear found under the mattress. All around un clean place. Seems like a place that rents by the hour. If we hadn't have checked in so late and had an early flight in the morning, we would have got our money back. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

My husband and I stayed here because we had a flight leaving from Sanford Airport very early in the morning. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the coffee at 4:30am was definitely a plus. The room was not what I had booked-- I booked a smoking room and got a non-smoking room (although it sure smelled like a smoking room.) The room was just average- nothing special but a good value for one night before an early flight. Plus the proximity to restaurants was an added bonus.

We chose Budget Inn because it was close to the Sanford Airport and were pleased they offered a military discount. Budget Inn front desk employees Imran and Audrey were extremely pleasant and helpful upon our arrival. The rooms are small but clean, and priced fair. This may not be a 5 star hotel but the customer service is.
