“Blast from the Past”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2013

This diner/soda fountain evokes images of "Happy Days" with the Fonz and Richie! My family and I have eaten here many times while staying at the Sandestin Beach Resort. Located in the Village of Baytown Wharf, it offers consistently good burgers, fries and service. The check for two classic burgers and two drinks comes to about $24 including tax. However, the convenience of walking to restaurants on the resort and not having to move one's vehicle or get back in Hwy 98 traffic is worth it.

Tables outside allow for people-watching as the village is frequented by shoppers, diners and sight-seers.

“diner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2013

Nice casual, family friendly diner with good prices. We sat in the patio for lunch. Good place to eat if you want fried chicken, burgers, hotdogs, or chili. Our waitress was attentive and kept aking us if we wanted soda and water refills.

“Nothing unique”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2013

located at Baytowne Village. Mostly burger, fries, and shakes. Nothing unique but it may remind you of taking a trip back in time. Dine outside if the weather is nice.

“Good quick lunch in diner atmosphere”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013 via mobile

This diner was in a village market place adjacent to my conference center. We actually ate there twice. Burgers, chicken, and hot dogs seem to be the specialties. Service varied. Well staffed and very attentative during the weekdays but very understaffed and chaotic on weekend. Food seemed a little pricey and the added "village tax" did not help.

“A good lunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

A cute (yet, pretty pricey) place to stop for lunch. The burgers reminded me of a bigger version of Steak'n'Shake. The onion straws were crispy and delicious and the chili cheese tots were yummy (of course, can you go wrong with anything in that sentence?)

We got chili cheese burger, the Big Juanita and a basic cheeseburger, too.
