Well back from the gulf coast area, we stayed here in 309 and loved our condo and view. Lori has done a wonderful job in decorating and has all of the comforts of home. The chesterfield in the LR could be a little larger and no stereo system.
The bldg. itself is nice although the exercise room needs some fixing up. The only machine that worked was the tread mill. Although there is a great walking path across the road.
close to the main beaches at Madeira, Belaire, Treasure Island. Easy to get to everything. Lots of nice golf courses around, we really enjoyed east bay golf club.
A great rest. next door, the green iguana. Great atmosphere, and nice people working there.
The view from our room was great, and yes we did see dolphins. Lots of Boats and fishermen right in front.

The pool area is very nice, lots of lounge chairs. The hot-tub was too hot and the pool too cool.
The bbq area was adaquate.

I would definitly stay here again

Been to this area for years.
Our unit was booked to us by the on-site rental agent TRS and everything was as it was supposed to be. Clean and well equipped. Like renting in a postcard, when the sun started to set.
Spectacular view unlike any we have had in our travels.
Peaceful and friendly, every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the dolphins swimming by.
Even bought a fishing rod and used the dock , that's a first for me.
Walked to dinner one night at Sam Seltzers (Great Meal) 15 min away and there's great restaurant Green Iguanna adjoining the property (next door), great meal on the ocean patio with live entertainment.
The Veterans park close by was great place to stroll amongst the "Bay Pines"
Not all are the units same so book through the on site office
Like it so much we visited in Oct and re-booked for the winter.

We booked directly with owner of 418 and had a very clean one bedroom unit with great view of Boca Ciega Bay.We had a good time and we are planning to return again in 2009. Great restaurant next door close to big mall. We did hear one owner who owned a few units and they were not kept up at all ,but all those people booked through skyauction.com

we thought this place has potential.but if you are paying real money ,you need more than potential.the site is gorgeous.the accomodations need help.we got a bum unit and called.they put us in a better unit.the 2nd unit was very nice but I would not recommend staying here unless you are paying $30 a night.go down to maderai beach or up towards clearwater...you can find a nicer place.on the beach.too lazy to use capital letters tonight.I had to wrestle to get a better unit.if you are in a wrestling mood and want to move your baggage twice I highly recommend staying here.otherwise "roll on take your money and run".I love the area from madiera beach to clearwater....best spot in florida.get a place down the road.person who wrote review before me was accurate.listen to me and her.
