As my company's event coordinator, I've worked with many hotels throughout Florida and can without hesitation say that the sales and catering teams at the Hilton Carillon Park are second-to-none. I've used them for event functions and sleeping rooms, and they exceed my expectations every time. The hotel itself is beautiful, the sleeping rooms are clean and attractive, and the food/beverage service is fantastic. During my most recent visit, I had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, Luna. Wonderfully fresh salad bar with different pasta salads and hot soups, and outstanding service. The food was excellent - I wish I hadn't been in such a hurry because I would've gone back for seconds! I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and anyone looking for a terrific experience.
