We checked into the Vinoy and went into Marchands for lunch. The atmosphere is Old World elegance ( the room has been restored to 1925 style). The waitress was helpful since I do not eat meat, she offered to "Build a Burger" for me using a chicken breast! The food was tasty and the portions so large as to make a full dinner unnecessary.
Yes, it is pricey, expected in a resort, but surely $5 for a hot tea is a little over the top,
