I had an amazing experience at Parkshore. We made reservations and it didn't seem like a big deal if we needed them or not. The staff was pretty friendly although the hostesses weren't really attentive and didn't really greet us when we entered the restaurant. The atmosphere is definitely casual chic and cleverly themed. Our waiter, Franz, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the dishes. He was kind enough to explain to us the more curious concoctions on the menu. And not to mention extremely good looking and made our stomach hungry for more from his mouth!!!
We opted to have the mussel appetizer over the shrimp cocktail, which was pretty standard. The sesame tuna salad was delicious! The Parkshore was pretty good. The best part was the yellowfin tuna and the asparagus that came as a side to our dishes.
The waiter recommended the Ferrari Chardonnay which went so well with the tuna, the memory of its taste made my mouth water for dayssss!!!!
Also, for dessert, the apple cobbler ala-mode was fantastic. Our waiter recommended it as a fellow cobbler nazi...and he was totally right!!!!!! It was THE perfect dessert to end our fabulous experience and night. Thank you Parkshore..and thank you Franz!!!
