Check-in was very efficient. Hotel was full but I felt like we were the only ones there.
Outstanding conference and meeitng room facitilties. Breakfast omlette station - outstanding!
Very nice spot for buffet lunch out by the pool. Nioce locations for cocktail receptions and dinners - outside ot inside but away from the other guests. Very comfortable guest rooms. Fully equipped business center. Very nice location on the beach. Would recommend this hotel for a business meeting.

Arriving for late lunch out on the terrace at 2.45 it is disappointing for a quite cynical waitress to be clearly unhappy to serve us, certainly takes the pleasure away from a relaxing experience. Other diners were complaining to her of receiving coffee warm, not hot etc etc. Also the ambiance very spoilt by Corporate bonding very noisy games on the beach.
Have been a visitor here for many years and sorry to have our first bad experience. Suggest a check re corporate event before you visit at least.

On this trip I just visited the spa (we usually stay too, but couldn't on this trip). The facial was great -- the lead facialist is awesome. I'd go for the custom facial. She really does customize the treatment just for you.

If you aren't staying there I'd recommend getting there early and taking a long walk on the beach before your appointment. The beach is just fantastic.

Our son was married here in late December. The staff was excellent and the hotel event planner did a wonderful job. The front desk service was a little slow but otherwise we had a great experience. The pool and beach area and views were incredible. This is an historical hotel.
