This is the best way to see St. Augustine. We were in town for 3 days and they can accomodate you for longer if you would like for the same price. At one time we seemed to be waiting a long time at one of the stops and one of the Sales Reps called and had a private Air Conditioned shuttle pick us up and take us straight to our next destination. They passed out rain ponchos when it was raining and fans when it was hot. The history tales were also very informational. The only way to see St. Augustine!!

Having been to St. Augustine several times we figured we wouldn't bother driving around (since parking can be a problem) and would take the trolley. Tickets are expensive ($21/ppl for 3 days). And the way they know you have tickets to ride is they give you an Old Town Trolley sticker that you have to put on your shirt. Nothing says, "Hey, I'm a tourist" like a trolley sticker on your shirt. The ride was pleasant and the tourguide/driver was interesting. Our only complaint is they say the trolleys run every 15-20 minutes and we found it to be more like 30-35. We felt like we spent WAY too much time waiting for trolleys when the parking lots for most major attractions (Old Jail, Castillo, etc) were mostly empty.

I guess it would be good if you were a first-time visitor to St. Augustine, but if you're looking for just a way to get from one point to another, take your car.

We purchased trolley tickets to avoid the hassle of driving all over and looking for places to park. We were pleased with the tours; no two drivers had the same tour, but the all included the same basic information. We learned about the city and were able to receive discounts on some of the attractions.

We also took their ghost tour and loved it. Some would find it hokey because of the characters and the find the book premise, but we thought it was cute and even the guides made fun of their own hokeyness. I would recommend a later tour time so that you can avoid having young children on the tour. I found the crying infant and overly tired four year old a bit distracting, not to mention the 4 yr old was a bit frightened. This should be a tour for older children.

The best way to see and learn the history of St Augustine and America. We took the complete tour and then continued back to several points of personal interest. Getting off and on was easy. A great way to walk and ride whether you are 20 or 70
