Very nice period home on a small street of B&Bs. Wonderful location with easy access to museums, restaurants and college. Ellen and John were wonderful hosts, offering very nice breakfasts and great conversation. Great restaurant recommendations and onsite parking. Our second floor room had its own covered porch and was wonderfully cool, even on two hot August nights. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed at numerous spots in St. Augustine over the years, and we liked this one the best. We usually are not huge fans of B&Bs as they can tend to be intrusive and we are usually more interested in staying to ourselves rather than socializing. We didn't have any problems at all here. The owners were very welcoming with all the guests and let us go at our own pace. The Safari room was very comfortable and we were able to really relax. Breakfast is awesome - blueberry french toast! We would definitely want to take a return visit.

I highly recommend At Journey's End to anyone that enjoys staying at B&Bs. Ellen is an excellent owner who is knowledgeable about the area and truly cares about your stay. She is always available and makes sure that absolutely everything is taken care of. We stayed in the Key West suite which is privately located in the carriage house in the back. She accepted my two well behaved non-shedding dogs without a problem and didn't charge me a pet fee, which I appreciated. I could leave the dogs during the day without worrying about them bothering other guests which is a huge plus. The location is excellent, parking is free as is wireless internet and wine, beer, and soda. You can book this property with confidence.

We stayed at this B&B at the beginning of July. St Augustine was the last place we visited before we returned home and so the B&B was our last port of call. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had the Egypt Room, which was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We loved the verandah, even in the extreme heat. Ellen and John were great hosts, making sure we were well looked after, giving us lots of useful information and even loaning us a couple of folding chairs so that we could watch the 4th July fireworks in comfort! Ellen gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see and the restaurants she recommended were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and substantial and we really enjoyed sitting around the table with the other guests. The B&B is well-located and we didn't need to use the car. I would return and would recommend At Journey's End to anyone.

Easy walk to town and attractions, exceptional breakfast, and spot on advice for places to eat and see. For first time vistior Ellen is a wealth of information. For the repeat visitor great place to rest and get the day off to a good start. John and Ellen both have a knack for being there when you need them and disappearing when you don't. They are good at what they do.

We have never stayed at a B&B until we stayed in At Journey's End. Boy were we spoiled! This was the best experience. Having dealt with John online and via phone with his water business, we decided that while visiting Florida we'd spend a couple days at John and Ellen's bed and breakfast.

The place is very clean, spacious, plenty of on-site parking, superb hospitality, and wonderful breakfasts! John and Ellen gave us so much information about sights to see, places to eat, and they even made a dinner reservation for us at a wonderful place nearby. Almost everything is within walking distance! Though you might want to drive to the lighthouse and make the climb to the top for a great view!

John and Ellen made us feel at home, and we felt like we had known them forever. We felt like family! Our only regret - we couldn't stay longer! After having stayed a few days at a hotel before going to St. Augustine, we wish we had gone sooner. If you plan to travel to St. Augustine, this is the place to stay! But I'd recommend you stay at least four days. There is SO much to see and do. There were four of us, and we were more than comfortable in the Key West suite.

Thank you SO much, John and Ellen, for a wonderful weekend! We will certainly be back!
