“Pretty Bland”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

The entire exhibit consists of two buildings and a pecan tree. While you can learn a little bit about education back in these days, the information is not nearly detailed or plentiful enough to justify being the most expensive attraction in saint Augustine. Unless you have children that need humbling about their current school, I would not recommend going.

we walked past it looked over the wall then realized you can go into the house and the rear courtyard ... its amazing that this place could still be standing after all the years and storms. i loved the dungeon aka time out closet for bad kids ....

“Neat”

This is an interesting little place. It's nothing huge, but it is real history. The entrance fee is reasonable, and there is a coupon in the little books all over town.

Wife and mother loved taking a step back in time looking at this old schoolhouse. Good for a short stop to look over.

My niece and nephew really enjoyed their tour of the Schoolhouse and the fee was very reasonable. A great stop for kids.
