This is a huge moneymaker for the Farm. We went with two teenagers who had no problems with the challenging, physically demanding long course. I am not overweight and my husband is 6'4 and about 235 pounds. We have ziplined and done outdoor experiences in Mexico and Aruba with our kids with no problems. The course is not heavily supervised and it is an 'on your own' adventure. If you do not have water with you, you will quickly dehydrate. There are a few trees with water fountains, but they are not easy to find. The training session is well done, but unless you are fairly physically fit, you will find this a muscle wearying, physically demanding, very expensive waste of an hour and a half. Leave it to the teenagers.
