The museum was very good. It had a lot of great arttifacts and information on piracy. We touched a treasure chest that was 400 years old. WOW!! too cool... I would recommend this to everyone

“Not cheesy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

This is a real museum--with real artifacts--very interesting. There's a scavenger hunt for children that's fun for adults, too! It's right across the road from the fort, so a good combo half day.

“Great for adults!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

Took our 10yr old here. It is very historically informative about different pirates but there is alot of reading throughout the museum so I don't think its great for small children. Prices are very fair here too!

“Not a jolly roger”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

Was not impressed w the size and artifacts, really think the price should be lowered due to this. Save your money and go to the original museums in town.
