“Stupendous Savory Faire tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

The Savoury Faire tour was so much more than we anticipated. Allen was the most informative, gracious and FUN tour guide ever. He could answer questions about everything and anything regarding the history or current day happenings. The restaurants we visited were diverse in food and style but all of the faire was exquisite. I especially loved the crab cake at the Old CIty House. Next visit to Saint Augustine, we hope to go on the Pub Crawl with Allen.

“Fabulous food tasting...great experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2012

Alan was our tour guide and he did an incredible job taking us to some of St. Augustine's great dining places. We opted for the wine add-on, so we had a glass of wine at each restaurant stop. We started out at Irish Public House for a sample of a banger with guinness dipping sauce and potato soup...delish!! Next up was LaPentola with Ravioli and a side of sauteed shrimp w/ garlic olive oil, red pepper flakes and herbs with crostini. Next stop Sara's Crepe Cafe for a Count Amaury crepe (beef tips and mushrooms) and for dessert a sample of belgian waffle with fresh berries and cream. Next up was Aviles restaurant and lounge at the Hilton Bayfront. We were treated to crab cake and asparagus. And we finished at a little place for gelato. You got to pick choice of two scoops. We also got a bonus stop at Pop N Off for samples of popcorn. All this for $48, plus additional $15 for wine-add. Go hungry, you will finish ready for a nap...so filling and so good!!
Great food stops and stories of St. Augustine. You can't go wrong on this tour!

“Walk About”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

We took the Plaza Tour and our guide, Alan, was very genial and informative. We have been there several times and knew quite a bit about the oldest continually inhabited city in the U S but learned more of it's history during this walk. Alan knows his stuff.
