We come from a long line of talented cooks who believe that the best food comes from using the freshest best ingredients available prepared with love and attention to detail. We pride ourselves in keeping alive the traditional "holiday foods" we grew up with that not many care to take the time & trouble to prepare from scratch in our busy modern world. Casa Benedetto's is open for lunch and dinner Monday thru Saturday We always have Sinatra singing in the background, fresh linens on the tables& candlelight in the evenings. Our staff is trained to make your visit a pleasant one and we strive to meet all special dietary needs or favorite dishes that may be missing from our menu that you desire Gluten free meals are always available. We are currently accepting cash or debit for payment in an effort to keep our prices competitive. We are closed on Sundays but do open for Easter Sunday and Mother's Day Sunday.

“Birthday dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2012 via mobile

Loved it! Cute little house on A1A on the way to St Augustine. If you blink you might miss it. We were looking for feel like your home dinner. Were Italians from new York I do cook. Very small maybe 10 tables.Hot Italian Bread,Baked clams,Homemade soup, chicken masala and braciole. Really enjoyed it. Waitress was wonderful. Owners were sweet and went around to tables to chat and see if everything was ok. If your passing through try it you may have to wait alittle because everything's fresh worth the wait

“Great homecooked Italian food in Florida!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012 via mobile

My family dined there tonight for the first time. The place is charming and the owners friendly. We were very pleased with our meal.My husband ordered the braciole ---it took him back to childhood. His Grandma made it just like that!We also enjoyed the baked clams, fried calamari and chicken parm.Everything was fresh and of high quality. The antipasta salad was big and delicious-what a yummy vinaigrette ! desserts are homemade and fabulous. We are on vacation from N.Y.
It was a great find and we will be back on our next trip!!

“Unforgettable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2012

On vacation for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary! Had 21 very close family members down to St Augustine from several states. Filled the entire restaurant, it is very small. Robin Tarantino was so gracious to open the restaurant on Sunday for our family. She was so easy to work with and would bend over backwards to make sure my mom and dad had a special evening. The food and wine were great. All the homemade desserts were delicious. What a special evening, my parents continue to speak of it!

thank you very much for your kind comments on your experience at CasaBenedetto's. We really enjoyed being able to make your parents anniversary party a success. Yoiu have a lovely family & it was a pleasure for us to be a part of such a wonderful occassion!
We are always happy to accomodate small parties on Sundays, as we are closed to the public & can offer a nice venue for a small group.
we are hoping to do more events like yours in the future and really appreciate your taking your time to share your experience with the Tripadvisor community!

“Worth the visit!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012

As a resident of St. Augustine Beach, I am disappointed that I had not tried Casa Benedetto's earlier. My wife and I have eaten great, authentic Italian food all over the country and this place ranks up there with the best. Outside appearance of is modest, but don't let that fool you because the food and service are top notch. I highly recommend this outstanding, family-owned and -operated restaurant. You won't be disappointed if you like great, authentic Italian food.
