The ghost tour from Ripley's isn't just a ghost "investigation", it's also a historical tour of what has happened in Saint Augustine's history. The tour guides are informative, friendly and animated... but not cheesy and there's no people trying to scare you hiding in the bushes or behind walls. I would go on this tour again next time I'm in town.
Even with the coupon, it was way overpriced. Parts of the museum were interesting but we found it quite boring and breezed through within an hour. Overall it was a disppointment.
I wasn't impressed. The Ripley's in San Antonio was better. It is WAY overpriced. Most of the 'exhibits' are just pictures. There are a few interesting pieces, but not many.
We wanted to go since it was the first Ripley's museum. I have never been to one so it was different and interesting. The cost is around $12 per adult. Don't forget to look for the coupon.
I've been here before but my daughter wanted to see it. It's pretty entertaining for kids.
