The food here is delicious and the mom-and-pop atmosphere is just what the little streets of St. Augustine are meant to convey. Try the dessert waffles and make sure to get strawberries on it!

“Great Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2012

My family and I ate here and no doubt the Polish food was excellent. We tried a number of items on the menu and being of Polish ancestry ourselves found the food to be outstanding. Well worth eating here when you visit.

We love the combination of Greek and Polish foods! The atmosphere is very European and the staff is priceless( all family). We had marvelous soups, salads, entrees , and desserts. Wow! What a find!!

“A Gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012

We were in Florida on vacation and found this little cafe that reminded us of a European cafe at home that we love. Finally made it in for lunch the day before we did and are so glad we didn't miss out. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and was very helpful in recommending items. We both got the pirogies with bacon, trying all four flavors between the two of us. I had a Romanian pinot noir, and my husband had a Polish beer. Everything was excellent, and we wished we had eaten there sooner in the week so we could have returned. Seriously considered getting pierogis to go, they were so tasty. The Greek salad also looked delicious, so we hope to make it back down and try some other menu items as well. We did get some chocolate baklava to go, and it was just as delicious!

“Wanted to like this place”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2012

After all the reviwes and being Polish I was excited to see this place. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the food was average and the owner/wait staff seemed to be in a rush. I had hoped to find a place to sit and talk and try many foods. The menu was varied and the dishes were authentic but the table we were seated out was small and cramped. Kitchem seemed to be in chaos and things were brought out as prepared instead of the meal together. I will try them again and hope for a better experience.
