We stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites. It was a great place to stay. Outdoor pool was clean, but they kicked us out a dark, so use it early. Visit Mulligan's Pub down by the lobby. Great happy hour specials from 5-7. The breakfast was GREAT as well: waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal, juice, rolls.
Our room was very spacious, and everything was clean.
We would definitely go back to Comfort Suites again!
Courses to play: King and Bear
Slammer and Squire
Both are in exceptional shape and are challenging, yet fun.
The service was great at both courses. However, the bag drop at Slammer and Squire was a bit different. You have to wait for someone to shuttle you to the course, rather than drive right up to it. We walked because we wanted our clubs right away.
Overall, it was such a great experience! I would do it all over again.
The World Golf Hall Of Fame was awesome. Allow yourself a couple hours to tour it. Bring $5 or so to hit two balls on the TPC #17 replica. Try the golf simulator as well (it's free). You can have lunch in the restaurant downstairs when finished.
