Others have ranked this location low so I thought I needed to share my expeierence from this evening.
When trying to check in, it seemed they did not have my reservation. Once they checked with the confirm number, the counter person realized they had given my room to another guest. Not only had they given the room to another guest, they had the person sign a copy of the folio with all my personal details. Once they realized the problem, they proceeded to get me room 321 (AAA rate upgraded to a suite). The lady at the counter made a comment when giving me the room that the workers had recently "detailed" the A/C. Well guess what.....WEAK A/C....I wish I could have opened the window, it would have been cooler. I also did not get the Diamond amenity of water and snack, and the wireless connection did not work. The wired connection worked as expected and I was able to log on to my company via VPN.
