I was a bit concerned because of reading some of the other reviews I'd found here, but we did not have any complaints and I would stay here again. Hotel is convenient from I-95 and from the FL Tpke, but the map on the Hampton Inn website gave wrong directions--luckily the hotel was plainly visible on our right so we knew not to turn left. They had our reservation no problem at check in. Everything in fine working order, beds were clean and comfortable and roomy (queen sized instead of double/full size mattresses). Wife and son used hot tub which they said was VERY hot. Front desk was friendly about advising yea or nay on casual dinner options in the area. The Hampton Inn breakfast was clean and all that, but I've seen some Hamptons whose breakfast I preferred. Still, Juices, Hot Coffee, instant hot cereal, yogurt, plenty of options even if the eggs or sausage gravy & biscuits for hot options did not appeal to me. I would stay here again if I needed lodging in the area.

I had very pleasant experience during my 3 days of stay at this Hampton. Staff was good and responded to my needs in timely manner. Nice pool but exercise room was small! I only use the treadmill, so it was ok. I found room standard better than many Hampton Inn and H-expresses that I have stayed in. As matter of fact I first night I stayed in the Spring Hill hotel across the street but I did not like their room or staff.

I recommend this one even though rate is kind of high but comparable to Spring Hill.

I only stood here because my mother insisted. We stopped for the night, on our way back home from Miami. There were ants in the bathroom, I saw this as a way to get a refund and continue driving, since they had no more rooms. My mom was too tired and did regret not leaving. She woke up with bites on her neck, she believes it came from the pillow, which I wouldn't touch. The only thing I was happy with was the microwave and fridge. I would never stay there again, the place looks run down. I didn't care for the breakfast either.

Others have ranked this location low so I thought I needed to share my expeierence from this evening.

When trying to check in, it seemed they did not have my reservation. Once they checked with the confirm number, the counter person realized they had given my room to another guest. Not only had they given the room to another guest, they had the person sign a copy of the folio with all my personal details. Once they realized the problem, they proceeded to get me room 321 (AAA rate upgraded to a suite). The lady at the counter made a comment when giving me the room that the workers had recently "detailed" the A/C. Well guess what.....WEAK A/C....I wish I could have opened the window, it would have been cooler. I also did not get the Diamond amenity of water and snack, and the wireless connection did not work. The wired connection worked as expected and I was able to log on to my company via VPN.
