We were sitting at the outside, under the fans, the temperature was very comfortable and at this time I saw no mosquito. Unfortunately, the tables are not so pretty, and they have no sets to put on the tables. The wine list is big, the service could (to ameliorate their good service) pour the wine on the table in the guest's glass. At the first visit, we had the tuna as appetizer, which was sushi quality, almost raw and very tasty. My husband and I shared the appetizer, very good idea, because it was a huge portion. At entrees, we had the two recommandations, I had a snapper picatta, which was very good, and not overcooked. My husband had the Port st Joe entree, which included shrimp, clams and some fish in a tasty sauce, very good.
It was so good, that we decided to visit this restaurant a second time, the pasta was excellent and the filet mignon with shrimps either. And the desserts, wonderful!
This restaurant is a bit higher priced than others, but the food is much better and freshly cooked. I used to be a cook, and this was the only restaurant in Apalachicola and in Port St Joe where I found that the fish and the meat was freshly made and not overcooked.
