Stayed during Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show for several days. We had a spacious studio apartment, quite clean, with a view of waterway from the balcony. We found it very comfortable, with pleasant people behind desk, in a quiet neighborhood. The sister Fairfield resort across the street has a nice beach. For the money the Santa Barbara was a fine place.

Just got back from our wonderful, Honeymoon-Vacation. This place is unbelievable!!! Beutiful views of the intercoastal and of the beach. Our condo was not only the cleanest I've ever seen,but, very tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had found it through tropicalparadisevacations.com We corresponded with a wonderful lady there named Debbie Griffen,who despite my numerous e-mails was very patient , kind, and helpful and definitely did right by us with The Fairfield Santa Barbara, We definitely will be returning and will again use Debbie Griffen because she took such good care of us !!!!!! You may also use Fairfields sister resort right across the street , Beachfront... Located there is the most wonderful Tiki Bar in all of south Florida, It is called "Captain Jack's Tiki Bar" and is located directly behind Fairfield Royal Vista's Resort right on the beach...This Tiki Bar is a "must Try" one nibble and your hooked, we made this place our happy hour stop everyday, The owner, Eric also is the bartender there along with Susie on Eric's days off, They truly are great people !! We also met some wonderful Locals there who became like family to us (Hello, Ada And Patrick!!!) We will definitely be returning to Captain Jack's Tiki Bar as well as the Fairfield Santa Barbara.... Well worth every penny!!!!!!!See you next year if not sooner !!!!

Just returned from one week relaxing here. Definitely recommend! The 10 floor building was full but surprisingly very quiet (retirees) and pool area was not crowded at all. Outdoor pool and whirlpool with loungechair area is very quiet & relaxing. Beach access is across the street, but best of all, you can use their "sister resort," the Fairfield Royal Vista 3 buildings down across the street (1/2 block close). (It is on the beach and has 2 pools & workout room.) So, it's like getting 2 resorts in one!! Stayed in 2 bedroom condo with kitchen, and lvgroom/dngroom combo with jacuzzi in master bdrm. Lvgroom and master bdrm both had balconies. Kitchen & both bdrooms had double wide closets. Get higher than 4th floor and you'll have great view. Decor is very nice - above average.

THe only sad thing was that we were only there for a few days to attend a family event~would have LOVED to stay longer!!! We booked a 1 bedroom, but got bumped up to a 2 bedroom cause there were no more 1 bedrooms available when we arrived. The staff was great and the room was AWESOME. It was like living at home, the place was well kepted, decor was Awesom!!!! And the cooking & eating utenils/china was up-to-date(not plastic or falling apart-like in other places I've stayed). It felt like I was at my own home~Definately will be going back!!!!
