“Wonderful Condo - Friendly People”

We spent 8 days here in the Spring. Everything was clean & beautiful with the nicest people and the manager, Alan, was so friendly & helpful. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of so many things & a 10 minute drive to anything else you might need. At night soft lighting comes on around the palm trees, grounds & swimming pool...it is gorgeous. We loved every minute of our time here & will hopefully be able to return soon. It is amazing!

“Very nice”

Stayed here for 8 nights, very good overall. Clean, well equipped etc. Very quiet location, but still good connections(with a rental car). The manager, Alan, was very nice and helpful! Will recommend this for everyone!

“Good value”

Motel type condominium one block from the beach and conveniently located two streets from 14th street (bridge).
Heated pool and nice garden.
One bedroom condo very clean and with room service twice a week.
We have rented a condo at Floranada two years in a row for a period of two weeks each time.
