Spent the weekend in march. First room we were given hadn't even been cleaned. Food everywhere, dirty towels and used shampoo and mouth wash. Was given another room and the blankets had burn holes in them. Never got our room cleaned even after specifically asking the cleaning lady. The man on duty in the evening had to bring us all new towels. The toilets didn't flush properly the walls were paper thin, carpets dirty and stained. The day time manager didn't seem to care about the guests, never asked how our stay was and when we told her the issues we had she brushed it off like it was completely acceptable. The only nice part about the hotel was the very friendly and helpful employee from the Caribbean Enjoyed Florida as always but will never stay at this hotel again.

The sign outside of the Ramada stated there were new pillowtop beds. We stayed in a non-smoking room and had smoking bedspreads on the beds. There were actually burn holes in the comforters! The toilet was arranged in the corner (never saw anything like that before), the towels were thin and the odor in the room was indescribable, some cross before between musky and mildew. I told the front desk about the smell and she gave me some spray. There were two lamps in the room, one of which didn't work. Also, the ironing board was broken and the closet was extremely musty smelling. The business center consisted of a computer on a table with a chair in the lobby. Not worth the points or the money!!

Decided to book with Ramada for the weekend for a small get away thinking it would be a nice place to stay. I have had good experiences with the Wyndham hotels but this one was an different experience. After checking in the first thing i noticed in the hallways to the rooms the carpet was very badly stained and not in just one area it all throughout the hotel. Once i got to my room the room was overall fairly clean just very out dated and had stained sheets/comforters and needed a nice paint job.
I was insured to get towels shortly after i checked in as well but this never happened. I went to the front desk after enjoying my day at the beach to see if i could get towels to shower with, but i was told they were out of towels and nothing she could do about it... This was very unacceptable, so my room of 4 people shared 2 towels we had.
The following day woke up to go enjoy a continental breakfast
"Free Continental Breakfast includes coffee, juices, milk, cereal, fresh fruit, baked goods, and yogurt
Bacon, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, biscuits with gravy, grits."
as the hotels website claimed, but sadly this was a joke. The breakfast room was poorly stocked, warm milk, no cereal, no bacon, no fruit, no yogurt, coffee was out in only an hour after breakfast started, juice machines did not work, and no one in site that was working the breakfast area.

We stayed our three days, enjoyed Florida but we did not enjoy our stay.
This place really needs to step its game up to even be considered a Ramada hotel.
