This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let the looks fool you. It's adjacent to the famous Joe Patti's Seafood Market, but almost hidden away so that you wouldn't see it if you weren't looking for it. But inside this unassuming eatery is some of the best local seafood you'll find, at very reasonable prices. It is obviously popular with the local lunch crowd (they weren't open for dinner during the off-season -- don't know if they are in the summer). My fried shrimp and scallops combo was served with fries and cheese grits. The seafood was cooked perfectly and with just the right amount of breading, not overbearing. They're very lightly seasoned, and the portions are ample. It's definitely no fussy -- plastic forks and spoons, and the grits came in a styrofoam bowl. In other words, it's the typical little seafood shack by the water that every oceanside town has.

While you're there, check out the seafood market next door -- always busy with every kind of seafood fresh off the boats. Plus there's a food truck outside serving fresh beignets.

Recommended.

Stopped in to buy something for dinner. They had beautiful ahi tuna at a reasonable price. Took my number and was assisted in less than a minute. Very quick and efficient check out and everyone was super nice. This is my all time favorite seafood market!

Located next to Joe Patti's Seafood this little place is just your ma and pa no frills type that has great food at very reasonable prices. After getting your belly full go next door and take home some of the freshest fish on the gulf. We stop there several times for lunch and fresh fish to take with us during our winter vacation.
