Description: McGuire's Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire's moves to its current location; Pensacola's original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you'll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon themed 615-seat restaurant. We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub. In 1996, McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. For the most current Menu's please visit our website.

“Good find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

One of my favorite places to eat. The steaks are great and the ambience is second to none. It always has a feel that a party is going on there. Always a must when in Pensacola.

“Great food but noisy atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

We met friends late on a Friday night and it was loud! Although I loved my steak, my husband enjoyed his Shepherd's Pie and we enjoyed the bean soup, had we known that it would be so very loud, we would have chosen to eat elsewhere because we could not even hear our friends well enough to chat. Additionally, our waitress was efficient but overly friendly to the point that the couple we were with finally asked her if she could please excuse us so that we could eat our meal! Also, the tables are very close together which means the next table will hear what you are saying and vice versa. Glad we went and had a chance to experience McGuire's but, if you are looking for a quiet place to dine with elbow room, this is not the best choice.

“Sorry just ok”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

Went with friends and the waitress highly recommended the steak and mushroom dish with puff pastry top. Puff pastry was delicious but the rest was just ok. Atmosphere was great so ill definitely try it again.

“Food worth a million bucks or 18cents”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

Just go! Its an experience, a tour, cold home brew, cool wine room, and well very good food (I had Irish Steak and Mushroom Pie, others had the HUGE juicy burgers and Fish and Chips) -. Just go and.. make sure you read the bathroom signs before you just walk in.

“What a fun place to eat!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013 via mobile

With a million dollars hanging over your head, it becomes immediately apparent that this is a unique, fun place to eat. Our group over-appetizered, and were full before our entrees arrived. Highlights were the bleu cheese smothered chips and the 18-cent bowl of soup. Our server was warm and friendly and our overall experience was excellent.
