Our waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Wish they would build one on the MS Coast.

I've only gone through the drive through (a LOT) when I get a craving for a chocolate shake, but it's always made correctly and always cold and fresh. The hot dogs are also quite good.

Grew up in Illinois going to Steak n Shake. There is none near us now, After leaving our home state we try to stop when we travel through Pensacola. This time was no different. We stopped both going and coming on our trip. It is an old family time place to eat for us. Decor takes you back in time and the hamburgers are grrreat.... And the milkshakes, YUMMMMM. They offer to fix you a milkshake of your choice. I had a Mocha ice cream with heath one time and Mocha with peannut butter cup the other. And they serve them in a soda fountain glass chilled. Kids like this place, parents and even senior citizens can be found eating here. You can also place an order to go 'takehomeasack'. Oh yes I tried the burger that has bacon and a fried egg. Really tasted good.
