This hotel is so nice! The staff is super friendly and personable. The only issue I had was I called a few days prior to arrival and was told the complimentary dinner offered was from 6-8, when we arrived. It was 10 minutes until 7 and we were told, the dinner was only until 7pm. So dissappointed we couldn't take advantage of this amenity. Other than that, the room was very clean and it was a quiet and lovely experience!! Would reccommend to anyone.

I have a bad back and like to hit the pool so I had my fingers crossed, but alas Kalyn at the front desk, who was wonderful as well as Kerri, said it was a decision between upgraded Decor and a heated pool. So if you're into fitness and swimming this is low on the scale (no recumbent bike in fitness room) but free breakfast & delicious dinner, large suites that are clean for a pretty good price this is it :-)

This is an outstanding hotel and very well managed. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and very attentive. The meals were great. Being from the south, I love grits and it was great to have the alternation betweens grits and oatmeal. Didn't get to do much as it rained everyday, but that is ok. The staff makes up for it all. If you want to see great customer service, then go see Cindy, GM and her entire Team. Greatness begins with Management and Cindy is TOP NOTCH. I will be back again. Totally an A+++++++ hotel.

My husband traveled to Pensacola to watch our son play baseball at UWF. We like to stay at Hilton properties because we have almost always had a good experience. The Homewood Suites by the airport was cozy, comfortable, and pretty quiet. Overall it was a good experience. Front desk staff was extremely friendly!
