This hotel is very busy because it's right up the street from a Navy base.With that in mind, the room was clean and fresh. Hotel was quiet. Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good but slightly crowded.Rates were reasonable,but not great.

location is perfect if you are visiting the Navy base pensacola. pricing was excellent and made for a relaxing stay. rooms are nice and neat. When i got back to the area, i will stay here again if i do not choose to stay over on the beachside.

The place was so clean you beautiful! Would love to stay again. Hoping all the hotels in this chain are as nice! The location was perfect for where we wanted to visit. The pool was great too and breakfast was really good!

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were great. I believe breakfast was better than most hotels in the fact that they offered hot eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy. They also served juices, coffee, pastries, cereal, fruit, etc. I was impressed that even though there were 15 minutes left of breakfast, the employee was still hovering over the buffet to make sure everything was perfect. The staff was pleasant and always nice/professional.
Cons: The hotel bathroom did not have a vent, so whenever a shower was taken, it quickly became stuffy. Our room was over the swimming pool, so I happened notice there were plenty of leaves in the pool. That night I was curious to see if it had been cleaned. It had not, but perhaps a customer didn't report the problem (even though no one should have to ask). When I looked again the next day, the pool had been cleaned.
Overall, great stay.
