Description: Fisherman's Corner is not much to look at from the outside but the food is fabulous and created by our chefs using only fresh Gulf seafood and the highest quality ingredients. It is an old fish camp with white linens, a world class wine list, and friendly service. Daily Chef specials are a "must try" with great local flavor, live piano music on weekends, families welcome, and reservations recommended. “Favorite restaurant in Pensacola area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

We frequently eat at this restaurant because the food and service are most consistent. The owner is onsite and is attentive to customers and supports his staff. The food is outstanding but the sauces rival the best restaurants in New Orleans or Manhatten. My favorite menu item is the fried green tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and a crawfish sauce. Large enough for two or an entre' portion.

“Great food -- make a reservation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2012

We vacation in Perdido Key frequently and I've been to Fisherman's Corner three times, in fact, my brother lives in the area and he and his wife don't go anywhere else for seafood. I've been very happy with the food and service every time and -- to add a little perk: the owners will allow customers to bring their own wine and will open the pour the wine with no corkage fee, which is really unheard of -- take advantage of that one! The seafood is fresh and the portions are generous, but save room for their bread pudding -- it is just outstanding! This place is always crowded so make a reservation -- my son and I went recently on a Tuesday night in November (the off season) at 6:30 (early) without a reservation and had to wait a half hour for a table. Chef/ owner is from Louisiana and all of their seafood is fresh, so you can't go wrong.

“Great food and great atmosphere.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2012

Great place with freshly made stuff every day. Your order is prepared for you in the sequence it was taken, so a big crowd means a slightly longer wait at the table. Friendly and efficient wait staff. The cheese grits and shrimp is great; EVERYTHING is great! Just under the bridge. Go there!

“unique, tucked away, great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

The restaurant is along the west side of the intercoastal waterway bridge in Perdido Key so you have to look carefully for it. Our first time there we parked across the street, the parking lot was full, and wern;t sure we wanted to go in, the outside has a very rustic look, but are glad we did. It's a charming place that specializes in first class seafood prepared in traditional and unique ways.

I ordered the shrimp and grits and since this was the first time I'd ordered any seafood with grits I was not sure what to expect. A goodly number of large shrimp were served swiming in a delicious sauce with a large, golden-brown crusted ball in the center of the shallow bowl. The ball was the grits rolled in what seemed like panko crumbs and fried golden brown. I would scrape off part of the grits ball, mingle it with the sauce and shrimp - delicious!

Definately not a chain place, definately unique and excellent seafood.

Great service and food. We went on a Tuesday and it was busy so you may want reservations or be prepared to wait on a weekend. You will enjoy very much!
