We visit my parents every 2 to 3 months in Pembroke Pines. We stayed at this hotel for the first time on August 5 through August 8th. The first night we were there, we were woken at 2:30am by a loud party going on which ruined our nights sleep. On the 7th, we were woken by a maid at 8:30am to clean our room with a constant, annoying knocking on our door with a room key.
The worst part of this is that we contacted the front desk and spoke to a ‘Michael’ who said that he would speak his boss Mr. Ferraria about compensating us for this and we never heard back. When we did not hear back, we wrote a note to Mr. Ferraria at the hotel’s front desk before we left the hotel and still never heard back from him.
This is the worst public relations I have ever seen. It shows not only that they do not care about their guest’s satisfaction, but they do not care about the comments made after one's stay, or for that matter if we never come back.
