As a family we have stayed at this hotel multiple times and until this particular stay had been treated well. We stayed 2 nights over the Christmas holiday for a soccer tournament. Originally the reservation was made for 3 nights but when schedules came out I, along with 12 or so other families, altered my reservation for 2 nights. During my stay I made a point of asking the supervisor to double check my reservation, making sure there would be no billing issues, as a few other parents had heard they might try billing for 3 nights. After the stay I was billed for 3 nights on my credit card, at which time I called the hotel 10+ times(with no return calls beign made by the staff) to rectify the situation. Management was not willing to credit my account thus I had to fight the charge. Such treathment is extremely unfortunate but does reveal a lot about management and how much they care about repeat business.

Spent 5 nights here. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Came with a breakfast buffet that was serviceable but lacking in variety. You get tired of eating the same thing day in and day out. It did have what we called a 'pancake printer' - a machine about the size of a printer - that made pancakes. Kewl! There's a pool, a fitness room and a business center.
Pros: clean & comfy; free wifi; very friendly staff. Non-smoking hotel.
Cons: not much. Would prefer a TV that told you what you were watching.

I stayed here with my husband. Check-in was a breeze and there was a lot of parking. The rooms were good but nothing great. The bed was ok. There is not a whole lot near here.

We spent three nights at this hotel while attending a family reunion in nearby Southwest Ranches. We stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years and always had a good experience. On our last visit to the area (in Dec 2011) we stayed at the Hampton Inn next door, which was nice, but the rooms at the Holiday Inn Express are far superior. Our room was large, immaculate, and very the beds were very comfortable. The pillow cases were labeled soft and firm and the linens were nice. Having a small sofa in the room to sit and have an evening coffee(supplied by the hotel) made the room feel homey. The breakfast choices were good and the staff worked hard to keep the area clean. The next time we visit family in this part of Florida this will be the place we choose to stay.
