I stayed here with my husband. Check-in was a breeze and there was a lot of parking. The rooms were good but nothing great. The bed was ok. There is not a whole lot near here.

We spent three nights at this hotel while attending a family reunion in nearby Southwest Ranches. We stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years and always had a good experience. On our last visit to the area (in Dec 2011) we stayed at the Hampton Inn next door, which was nice, but the rooms at the Holiday Inn Express are far superior. Our room was large, immaculate, and very the beds were very comfortable. The pillow cases were labeled soft and firm and the linens were nice. Having a small sofa in the room to sit and have an evening coffee(supplied by the hotel) made the room feel homey. The breakfast choices were good and the staff worked hard to keep the area clean. The next time we visit family in this part of Florida this will be the place we choose to stay.

This was a quiet, clean, place that enabled me to enjoy pleasant days along with four peaceful & restful nights while in the area. Enjoyed the warm breakfasts, complimentary USA Today, swimming pool, exercise room, & handy computer access. It's close enough to all that I needed to do in South Florida, but also distant enough to avoid much of the congestion associated with the high-paced tourism industry. It's not right on top of any major attractions, but a short, 15-20 mile drive is all that's required for a walk in the sand. There's a multitude of beautiful parks very nearby. I highly recommend C.B. Smith Park; it's a gorgeous, diverse, 299-acre park just 3-miles away, offering walking/biking/running trails, a water park that includes waterslides, a tube ride, a large campground, tennis complex, family golfing center, lakeside campground with 71 RV sites, playgrounds, many picnic shelters, & many other amenities. The area has plenty of dining, shopping, movie theatres, golf courses, etc. Sun Life Stadium is a mere 12-mile drive, home to the Miami Hurricanes, & a place you can go to watch beautiful Dolphin cheerleaders, until they field a competitive NFL football team in Miami. It also offers concerts & other major events. Will stay here again.

If you have to stay in a hotel while visiting relatives choose this one.
Every thing worked. Hallelujah! Everyone listened to our needs and
even on the morning we were late for breakfast they provided for us
after the lock up. The location is near everything and close to highway
exits. We'd do it again because it was a break for both "rels" and us.
