My husband and I went on Saturday evening for a late dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly, which is a huge plus for me. There were only a few groups seated at tables, but the bar stools were full.
We ordered draft beers, which were pricey at $5 each. I had fish tacos, and was extrememly disappointed. They were yummy flour tortillas stuffed with lettuce and salsa....oh, and a few teeny, tiny, dried-up pieces of fish. Two about the size of a canned sardine, then a smaller sliver. On the side was black beans (yummy) and white rice (way under-done). My husband had the wasabi ahi tuna, a nightly special, and an order of conch fritters. The fritters were better than ones we had at Bahama Breeze the week prior, so that was good! He said there was barely any taste of wasabi on the tuna, which was disappointing, because he was going to order it Asian-style, but our server talked him into this one. It was served on a bed of white rice and a coleslaw of some sort. (it probably would have gone better on my tacos)
Five beers and two entrees were $80 after the tip. We won't be back.
