Staywas pleasant and staff courteous. Had a problem getting locked out of room -- first, battery on lock was bad -- Replaced - next time, water from rain had gotten into the lock and the plastic key would not work -- had to wait oiutside for a long time until maintenance could be contacted and then entire lock had to be replaced.
